Too neat, too sexual, too everyday: you've already left the myth for the script. The unreachable one (celebrity, schoolmate) is a daimôn—they push you, they don't marry you.

Projected ego ideal. You love what you think you lack. Freud: displacement. The married or forbidden crush: desire for a triangle, not necessarily the person. Ignoring them awake and dreaming of them intensely: repression is at work.

💡 Practical Advice
Take a real and proportionate step: an honest message, or a clear grieving of the scenario. Not three months of inner romance. If the crush is an avoidance of your current relationship, deal with the relationship, not the daimôn.
